Shipping & Returns

Shipping will be made by Royal Mail via the method picked during the checkout process and will be charged according to the weight of the item. We aim to ship instock purchase within 2 working days of purchase and in all cases by 7 days and you will be informed when your item has been dispatched. Custom orders will be completed within 4 weeks, with most being completed in under 10 days, and shipping will be made within 2 working days of the final amount being paid. If paying via cheque shipping will be delayed until the cheque has cleared. 

Returns will be accepted upon arangement within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn, in original packaging and you have emailed info@crafts-n-creations.co.uk prior to returning the item, if this procedure is not followed out then the returned item will not be accepted. Proof of postage must be obtained of all returns.
